We offer services which are intended towards maintaining better quality and keep the site relevant at all the times. Here are the lists of services:
AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract)
This service is valid for a year from the date of purchase. This service comprises of the following:
1. Content Management of your site
2. Technical assistance
3. Technical update
Under AMC, we offer three packages:
1) AMC - Sliver (INR 6,000/-)
It comprises of 12 tickets, which can be utilized within the validity period.
2) AMC - Gold (INR 12,000/-)
It comprises of 30 tickets which can be utilized within the validity period.
3) AMC - Platinum (INR 15,000/-)
It comprises of 50 tickets which can be utilized within the validity period.
Ad-hoc service
The charges will vary based on requirement. The customer requirement is to be discussed on various communication channels and to be followed with submission via email. All further communication will be via email.
What is a ticket?
A ticket is a request that is to be generated by our customers. A customer logs into their account and make request. These requests can be of three types:
1. Content (Text / Image)
2. Technical assistance
3. Technical update
*Content request is bound by the following condition:
- Max length of text content update - 10kb / ticket and can only be applied for a single page
- Max numbers of image update / upload - 10 images / ticket and can only be applied for a single page
NOTE - Ticket type Technical & Other will be determined and managed by us but not guaranteed that it will be covered under AMC
